4-H Enrollment
The 2023-2024 enrollment period begins in September and will conclude on November 1 for returning members/families. New families are encouraged to enroll during this time as well; however, are welcome to enroll at any time during the 4-H year.
New families are encouraged to select a club that best fits their family interests. Review the “2023-24 Club Information” handout for club contact and meeting information. Members can enroll in any club they desire. For instance, you do not need to live in the specific township of said club in order to belong to that club. You are encouraged to contact the club contact to discuss your interests and ensure the club is the right fit for your family. Interested families are also encouraged to contact the Chippewa County 4-H Program Educator for guidance or general questions.
Once enrolled, new families will be provided a mentor within their club. Adults looking to help within their club will need to enroll in 4-H Online as an adult volunteer, attend a face-to-face volunteer leader training session provided by the 4-H Program Educator and complete an online training module located in your 4-H Online account. A background check is required for new volunteers and every four years thereafter.
